From my first day I instantly felt so welcomed not just by the engineering team but by the company as a whole, everyone is so quick to lend a hand when you need help or even just to chat. In addition to that, there is a strong sense of collaboration in the engineering team and the feeling that "all ideas/suggestions are welcome (within reason)" is very prevalent. Management also seems to really trust their employees and our judgement which definitely helps to motivate me to do a good job.
